Food Safety Traceability

In compliance with the Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China, and GB/T 22005 (Traceability in the Feed and Food Chain—General Principles and Guidelines for System Design and Implementation) which is aligned with ISO 22005, Kangping Bio has implemented a fully digitized food safety traceability system covering the end-to-end value chain—from raw material sourcing and in-process manufacturing to quality inspection and release, warehousing and distribution, and final-market sales.

Anchored by a unique product batch number as the primary traceability identifier, the system integrates structured data from all critical control points, enabling bidirectional traceability: full forward tracking from raw material supplier (the farm) to point of sale, and precise backward tracing. All traceability records are systematically preserved throughout their entire lifecycle to ensure authenticity, completeness, verifiability, and tamper resistance. Beyond supporting internal regulatory compliance and quality assurance, the system enables integration with B2B customers’ quality management systems, enabling coordinated upstream-downstream quality governance.
