Pursuant to the Dairy Association of China’s Technical Specification T/DACS 001.1–2020 (Grading and Evaluation Criteria for Dairy Farms), dairy farms are stratified into four hierarchical tiers—S, A, B, and C—in descending order of performance and compliance. Kangping Bio collaborates exclusively with S-grade dairy groups, representing the highest tier under this standard; these partners operate large-scale farms with herd sizes typically ranging from tens of thousands to over 100,000 head. Their integrated “scale + intelligence + full-value-chain” model encompasses premium forage cultivation, elite genetic breeding, standardized dairy farming, and downstream dairy processing. Underpinned by systematic technical expertise, standardized precision management, and end-to-end digital control—leveraging IoT deployment, big data analytics, and AI technology—the model delivers precision nutrition feeding, dynamic herd health monitoring, real-time milk quality assessment, closed-loop cold-chain logistics, and traceability across the entire value chain. This model yields demonstrable improvements in raw milk food safety, quality standardization, batch-to-batch consistency, supply chain resilience, and cost efficiency.

 

Fresh bovine colostrum is exclusively sourced from certified partner farms and collected within 48 hours post-parturition from elite-breed dairy cows. Upon collection, each batch is stored in dedicated containers for testing and traceability, with rapid pre-cooling to ≤4°C completed within two hours. The end-to-end procedure—collection, storage, and transportation—features seamless cold-chain integration, safeguarding the integrity of bioactive components in fresh colostrum.

 

All bovine colostrum raw materials undergo rigorous multi-dimensional testing covering five core categories: physicochemical profiling, microbiological analysis, heavy metal quantification, veterinary drug residue screening, and pesticide residue screening, with quality strictly governed by RHB 601 industrial standard Grade I raw material specification. Kangping Bio demonstrates exceptional performance in pesticide and veterinary drug residue control, having successfully developed China’s first commercially certified antibiotic-free bovine colostrum product, which passed all 243 national-standard veterinary drug and pesticide residue tests for dairy products. The 243 national-standard tests span two major categories: pesticide residues (encompassing various insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, and other regulated substances) and veterinary drug residues (encompassing various antibiotics, hormones, anthelmintics, and other regulated substances).
